Rachel Crowder is a seasoned healthcare strategist and public health professional with a proven track record of improving healthcare delivery, advancing population health, and driving measurable outcomes across complex systems. With deep expertise in strategic planning, digital health, and care transformation, her work spans commercial health insurance, Medicaid managed care, and public health systems. As CEO and Principal Consultant of Raette Consulting, Rachel partners with health systems, public health departments, employers, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to design and implement innovative, data-driven solutions.
