Naomi Crowder is a skilled Software Engineer and Full-Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack, backed by a robust foundation in chemical engineering, quality control, and project management. Since 2021, she has successfully led projects at Raette Consulting from initiation to completion, specializing in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Naomi excels at keeping projects on track by optimizing resources, ensuring clear stakeholder communication, and proactively removing obstacles.
Her background in chemical engineering and quality science has equipped her with deep expertise in compliance, risk management, process optimization, and statistical process control. She also brings advanced skills in project estimation, earned value management (EVM), SAP Materials Management, and key project tools such as Jira and Asana.

She is also deeply committed to community service, having volunteered with organizations focused on youth and community empowerment in Dayton, Ohio.

Her professional experience includes roles as a Health Educator with the CDC Foundation, where she designed and implemented health promotion programs, developed educational materials, and ensured health literacy and access for diverse populations. As a Research Assistant with the Detroit URC, Akeena strengthened community partnerships, amplified health equity messaging, and presented qualitative and quantitative data to support informed decision-making.
Akeena’s work as a Clinical Research Assistant at Henry Ford Health System involved recruiting participants for NIH-funded studies, improving health research accessibility, and engaging communities through outreach initiatives.
